If you're on any other google requester (like morgan), it might force you to do them in the order in which they were accepted. Like tricker said, try clicking each one until you find the live one.

just below the ham timer, make sure that 'once' says false
other than that, I don't know what to tell you

I finally returned a Morgan because I had the same message after refreshing several times. Ugh. At least the Wills have a long timer so maybe I can do them later.
