What's the best way to get closed quals?

Pray you're in the right place at the right time when qual tests/hits show up and do well on it. There's not really any magic about it.

How are you guys making so much?

It's a closed qual, I got from a batch a little while ago. Effectively it feels like smashing my face into concrete though, so I wouldn't say it is a pleasurable experience.
