ah ok that makes sense. I personally use hitscraper to find 80% of my hits. I think it would really help you with your earnings. The way I use it is, I'm looking for batches, I search by "most available" and set the price at .02 cents or higher. This is at 20 second intervals. it also helps to set an audio alarm.

I then open another hitscraper for surveys and search for anything .50 or higher at 5 second intervals. I have this setting at "latest"

I also use hitmonitor (get it from greasyfork) to monitor requesters every 5 seconds, so that when one pops up I instantly know about it


a lot of people have different methods, thats just what I do.

I also use usertesting sites outside of mturk for extra money (usertesting.com, validately, intellizoom, userlytics)

I've been turking for almost three years now (Dear God... where has my life gone!?), and I can't make jack squat, so I for one really appreciate these kinds of tips. It never occurred to me to have *two* HITscrapers open. Sheesh. Sometimes it's the simplest things that get us...

My goal is to become completely income-mobile.

I never want to be tied to a location. I'd love to have the perfect telecommute job.

Ok so I turk from a laptop only and mostly have 4 windows open through out the screen and countless tabs. I just did a survey and did it in fullscreen and was blown away by how big it felt. LOL
