That is just one of the quals they put on the HIT. I think there was a qual hit and if you passed you got that qual.(Super Users)

It means anything with the requester "Hotel Photos" pretty much just ignore it because you're likely never going to see that qual given out again.

Super Users is what they named their qual. Exists means a person has to have the qual granted in order to accept a HIT.
