I was just going through the history in my MTS tracker. I found a discrepancy with pending hit totals and was surprised to see several unpaid/unapproved hits from clear back in July. I can't access the id or see any contact info. Anyway to address this/anyone seen this before?

I was just going through the history in my MTS tracker. I found a discrepancy with pending hit totals and was surprised to see several unpaid/unapproved hits from clear back in July. I can't access the id or see any contact info. Anyway to address this/anyone seen this before?

All HITs automatically approve after 30-days have passed. MTS cannot refresh anything that is no longer appearing on your dashboard (which shows only the past 45 days).

If you didn't click on Sync>Last 45 Days within MTS for several weeks, then it's possible for these older unapproved HITs to still show as pending in MTS, even though they HAD TO approve in mTurk, because you didn't re-sync MTS before these older HITs slipped off of your dashboard.

Does that make sense?

It sometimes happens if things are missed in a 'Sync' and then got past 45days, so HITTracker can never sync them after that. Follow the instructions I gave and it should be corrected.

i almost forgot about Orville, as soon as i seen this posted i flipped to my dvr and made sure it had recorded. Its there so i'm in good shape, i didn't remember if i had switched dvr's since last season

You made my day! If anyone is like me, numbers not adding up can drive you up the wall. Good info and worked perfectly. I think the issue was that I started using MTS around that time and it took me awhile to get the hang of the sync feature. Happy New Year :thumbup:

There's something I'm curious about. Why are some HITs, that are weeks old, which consistently states that "there's no more available" are permanently visible on mturk for weeks on end, and then there's some HITs like the one above, which disappears seconds after they are posted?
