If you have a Kmart around, the "Smart Sense" (store branded) merchandise gives back 100% in points. Have to spend at least $10 in a transaction and whatever points you earn have to be used in 14 days (Sears or Kmart). Supposedly there's no maximum on the promotion as several people on SD said they got back a few hundred $ in points. I spent like $76 on household stuff (paper towels, TP, fabric softeners, etc) and should get around $110 back in points. Not a bad deal if you can use some of it.

I highly recommend the flannel shirts from eddie bauer. For the price point its hard to beat the quality. Get the classic fit if you want room. Get the slim fit for those who prefer modern looks. Their slim isn't the slimmest i've had but its good enough.

I dont know if it's every store but two walmarts here. Have the gigantic fresh oven pizzas for $2.50 They are usually near the front. Never tried em but bought one. Probably will die later but worth a shot.

I'd put their quality above H&M, but around the same as Zara and other high street places. Jackets are good at this price, the jeans and chinos are great at this price. Still a fair bit of sizes available.

PS you can take BCAAs if you train in a fasted state so if you're on an IF plan then they won't hurt. You probably won't need all that extra stuff in the supplement though. Leucine is really the helpful one. Unless you've been into fitness for a while and want to take it to the next level I don't really see the need for supplements besides some simple whey protein post workout. If buying supplements keeps you on track 'cause you invest the extra money then do it otherwise I don't see the point. That's just me though.
