frustrating labaling task

I've published a team-based labeling task, and they were good, and then for the following experiments, the teams just selected random labels only to get money!! I don't know the reason why (note I mention at the consent that the more the correct answers the more the rewards )
, but in the individuals, they do good!! the bonuses was more team-based, but I'm struggling with their behavior. Any thoughts?

If they were rushing through the task with random answers, it could be that they just figure the odds of any bonus actually being paid is minimal. They may not have read the consent form.
