mturk HITs page loads very slowly

Might be against the rules but is it possible to create another account? I don't really care if i lose my quals, at least i can work again.

I would do anything at this point since my account is virtually worthless. However, that would be a mess in terms of taxes since you would need to use another person's bank account and SSN. People do it. It is clearly against TOS. But if your current account is worthless, I see no reason not to do it. Who cares about violating TOS when you can't work anyway?

However, I would definitely wait a bit in case this is actually fixed.

Knock on wood but the last two days have been perfectly fine.

There are a few people on mtg complaining about bad lag though. Maybe we got taken off the shit list for a while

not only has it stopped but I was also one of the lucky ones who magically stopped getting captchas (for now). Big improvement.

I haven't had the severe problem like before, but I've had a lot more lag today than the previous week. Coincidence that the lag returned when captchas did?

I am sorry to hear that you are still experincing issues. Other than some random and rare freezes(which have been occuring well before the recent ordeal), I have experienced no issues on my end since they "fixed" it a few weeks ago.
