I was going to buy some the other day when I bought ice cream, but then there was a sign that it was in the Kosher section on the other side of the store for some reason and I was too lazy to walk all the way over there

It's on sale at Fry's (Kroger stores) for 2.99 right now. (And there's a $1 Ibotta...)

Uh. WHAT? Wtf is this? Is this from some restaurant and they just dumped empty oysters on the side of the road? Is anybody going to pick those up? Is it even legal to dump shells? I have so many questions about this.

It's just on the side of the road. There are no restaurants nearby, I live in the middle of nowhere. I've found a swordfish, half a deer, and what I swear looked like a dead boar but was too chicken to get closer to see.

I have no idea. I'm assuming someone went fishing (I do live nearish a beach and a river thing. Something like 30 miles) and it fell off their truck. (It's always a truck.)

I have a love/hate relationship with it. I would love to be closer to things so I could go wander around but it sure is pretty.

Except when it's 900 degrees and there are mosquitos and spiders everywhere.
