We hosted Mother's Day yesterday and there is A Lot of good food left over. My FIL made these things where he roasted asparagus and wrapped them in cream cheese and prosciutto. I've been eating them cold for breakfast and they're the perfect combination of fat and salt while still having a vegetable involved so I can tell myself that they're healthy.
