We use pre made polenta from the store. Just cut, salt and pepper, and bake. I make creamy polenta from a mix, but that's TOTALLY not healthy. 2 sticks butter, 6 cups whole milk and 3 cups of cheese :O but very good.

Yeah, my little one finally wore me down about it. I wasn't really in favor of it, and I'm still second guessing the decision. I'm hoping the whole idea will eventually grow on me.
