Good morning, I am on day two of trying to figure out what to do next. I am clicking on a hit, says I need to fill out a profile first, I click next, the screen then says "Device id not provided" if you think this is an error please let us know." Its in my que counting down, as if its a HIT.

toss it. who is the requester? it might just be broken.

I think maybe this happens during a system error. I also met it once and waited several hours to re-enter
