We're looking to add another moderator to the forum staff, possibly two. We do have a few requirements, however, that must be met by anyone interested.
Mainly, we're looking for people that are active during the day and are comfortable with a moderation style that's focused more on engaging and discussing with people, rather than just relying on editing posts. We're looking to foster a more open discussion between the staff and the community regarding our community guidelines and that will require communication with members not only in the work threads, but in private messages as well. Participation in our staff IRC is also a must.
