Today I'm doing 'spring cleaning' ... really what I need after holidays Makes me feel energized.

I feel the same. I always try to clean before a new year starts. It’s all mental but i like starting a new year “clean” at least in terms of the place being clean

I think it just frees up the mental energy to focus on other things I'm starting/keeping up my salad routine earlier than jan1 too. Had a big salad today already.

I’ve seen a few -1000 fighters lose before

one punch and a -1000 fighter may be out

that’s why I hesitate to want to lay so much juice. rather play the “fight will not go to distance” if I like the odds

Ronda was absolutely unstoppable for a year or so and then got rocked against Holly Holm as a -1000+ favorite

I still remember being shocked about that outcome. I remember jumping off the couch. Of course in hindsight with all the women taking over now you saw how Ronda’s technique wasn’t very good, but she was able to mask it with her power/aggressiveness.

The thing about Ronda that made me irritated was she took a year off after the Holm fight. Came back against Nunes and showed literally nothing that she improved on anything. It looked like she just wanted one more giant payday. And she was willing to get knocked out for it.

with that said... you can’t deny the impact Ronda has had on women competing in ufc and elsewhere. she brought it to the forefront. so you still have to put her up as one of the big names in UFC for the decade.
