Not betting until January 18 is going to test my discipline
the plan is to make anywhere from $400-1000 on each ufc ppv. x that by 12 and that’s 4000-12000 at the end of 2020 from ufc wagering. ofc some ppvs I will not be in the positive (likely). I’ll be betting with a grand on each ufc ppv. no more no less. a strict grand for each ufc ppv.

I don’t know if I’ll wager on 247 since I’ll be there live. I don’t want to bet and also have to enjoy company. Maybe I will. Don’t know yet.

Watching PFL was a reminder that... one punch to the body/head... it doesn’t matter if you’re a favorite. You’re still human.

my wagers will usually be strictly “not to go to decision”. Those are my fav

I thought the PFL event (for the most part) sucked last night. Way too conservative from most fighters. I don’t mind takedowns but at least do something in the takedown instead of stalling

I’m glad I didn’t wager last night because I would’ve lost on a couple fights going to a decision.

I’m going to lose some bets. This is a given. If anyone wants to brave this w me I’ll probably post what fight/s I’m betting on on ppv night. I could win one fight wager and call it a night sometimes.

If I would’ve stopped on 245 after the Irene Aldana prelim knockout I would’ve ended the night +$700. 2 min fight

I don’t know what I’ll wager on on 247. I will say I don’t think Connor/Cowboy goes to a decision. I won’t make a decision on any of the card until January 18 though

My early feel is that Connor wins by knockout. He gets his ufc career going again (or so it’ll seem). Then he’ll get a fight with Masvidal or the winner of Khabib/Ferg

I think Masvidal would school Connor.

but we’ll have to see what happens.

maybe Connor comes out motivated this year

Peachy’s Corner will be the most viewed thread in 2020 on mtc. I looked at the numbers. The numbers say that’s likely

I was going to order pizza and wings last night but the wait was 110 minutes

I decided against it

tonight I may pull the trigger. I doubt the wait will be that long again (hopefully)

I’ve never seen it as long as I did last night

This is a pie chart of every ufc fight in history and how the fights finished. 44% ended in a decision. That number is higher than I thought but theoretically if you bet every fight not to go to a decision... historically you would be in the green.
