I went out to finally accomplish this last night lol. The park had at least 20 stops. But the server was pretty terrible and I ended up only getting 20 pokeballs I'll have to go again soon.

Yeah they continued with their release to the rest of the world so servers got boned again. Sure it will be fine eventually.
