There's a guy in my town who works at a tattoo shop. He used their specialty printer to make like 80 team instinct stickers. I still have to go get one.

When you first start playing and you have a choice between 3 Pokemon for your first battle - walk away. Far away. It will then give you the option orf catching Pikachu as your starter. Or so I hear.

That's what I heard as well, I didn't know at the time I started though so I missed out.

But I just caught an ivysaur so

Now I have all three versions of Bulbasaur

Is it more important to have Pickachu as a starter? I didn't get him as a starter, but I caught him last night in a park. So I got me a Pikachu now!

I think I'm going to try my battle fight tonight. Caught a CP5?? Arcanine and have leveled him up to CP630. I'm only Level 7 so I just joined a team yesterday and could access gyms. I hope Arcy kicks ass. (Took me 8 regular balls to catch him, and he showed up as I was sitting at my desk working or probably posting in forum.)

I don't think it's more important, because you catch far more powerful Pokemons (Pokemen?) than the starters.
I got Charmander.
