has anyone gone from windows 7 to windows 10 while turking? i love my windows 7 but the thought of the possible helpful applications on 10 has me thinking about switching to the dark side lol.

My laptop is Windows 8 so that's where I transitioned up from 7. It may be a little annoying at first but painless. My desktop is Windows 10.

Also, after January 14, 2020, Microsoft will no longer provide security updates or support for PCs running Windows 7. Always a good idea to update hardware and software at that point.
