MTC: A Night at the Improv
This week each
@Survivor Castaways Tribe, lead by their
Captains
@InfiniteChanges and
@basketcasey, will be writing a comedy sketch for the "
Laughing Man" video. Linked is one creation site where you can add captions to videos - you can use any site or program that you like: but you MUST use the Laughing Man video.
This is a meme video that has been going around for a few years now and there are numerous parodies out there.
Flat-earther parody and
Pokemon Go Developer parody are just one of many (to give those who've never seen it an example).
Each Team Captain must have their video posted in this thread by Thurs thread change (3a EST / 12p PST). We will put the comedy skits up for a forum vote on Friday.
Obviously the comedy has to be MTC related: whether it's forum members, Castaways, MTurk, Bezos, a combination of everything, etc will be left up to your discretion (but let's steer away from anything mean spirited).
Each Castaway on the winning tribe will earn a point (and cash prize) and the Captain will earn an additional point (and cash prize). I've also given the Captains the option to bring in a Season 4 rookie this week ... if they bring in a rookie AND their tribe wins ... the rookie will get 2 pts and a few extra pennies to the Captain
