Week 2

It’s a Bird, It’s a Plane, It’s …
The Super Turker

Who wouldn’t love to save the world? Ok, that sounds like a lot of work … how about having a Turking Super Power?! What would it be? Would you use your power for the benefit or detriment of yourself or others? The possibilities are endless!

This is what each Castaway needs to do this week:

• Create the ultimate Turker.
• Your Turker must have a turking-related super power.
• Your Turker must have a backstory.
• Submit your backstory and a picture of your real life costumed Turker privately to me. This must be a real life picture of a costume you created. It doesn’t necessarily have to be you wearing the costume - feel free to harangue the nearest human or pet until they have no choice but to don the costume and assume the Turker Superhero pose!
  

Get as wild and crazy as you like with your Turker. It can be completely futuristic, perhaps medieval, or maybe … a time traveler? Will it be you? Your neighbor? A fellow MTC Member (play nice)? Will it even be human!?

The picture and backstory will be due in a PM to me by THURSDAY night 11:59 pm PST (daily thread change).

We will put the characters to an anonymous forum vote on Friday. The Castaway with the highest amount of forum votes will win this week’s challenge and earn two points.

Clarification from a pm'd question: You can use a bit of photoshop to enhance your photo (ie: add lasers, explosions, etc) as long as it's an actual photo you took of your Turking Super Hero and it's not 100% photoshopped.

I'm afraid I might be the same. I can figure out the backstory and ect, but I'm not sure if I can do the costume. Today and tomorrow I am unusually busy. And Thursday I already offered my day up to family.
I'm still going to try. Might just get me in leggings and cape..lol.

There are super power generators and story line generators that might help you with nonsense stories.

edit: it gives you like three things as a writing prompt, it doesn't actually write a story. Although I did just find one that did and it was...interesting to say the least
