I was stuck at 6/12 for 15 mins, I got a knock at the door and was gone for a minute and when I came back the page was forwarded to another page that had nothing to do with the survey, i think it was a wiki page. Maybe the survey filled up real quick when I answered the door I'm thinking.

After 10 minutes if the game doesn't start (or if the game started) and you are Away From Keyboard (i.e., idle with no activities for 5 minutes) then the game will remove you from the game and add another player. However, this will not prevent you from playing future games.
