Doing these noblis have really made me develop a new appreciation for easily identifiable facial features.

If we think about this logically I could come up with a number of reasons why.

Other people are running a panda on it too and their pandas hit it before yours.

You've already accepted it and returned it or let it expire making you ineligble to accept the same hit id again.

You have too many pandas running and are getting pres.

You are not qualified for the hit, thus unable to accept it.

The browser you are running your panda in isn't logged into the mturk site. Many cases you would know this, but sometimes script warnings fail.

You are running the wrong panda.

The universe is conspiring to prevent you from completing a hit.

A butterfly flapped its wings in honolulu which caused a child to be distracted and miss catching a frisbee thrown to him. This frisbee flew out into the ocean where it startled a dolphin who collided with the submarine communication cable buried nearby. This submarine communication cable had suffered recent damage and has developed a fracture causing it to intermittently lose connection. When the dolphin impacted with the submarine communication cable it caused one of these connection losses. This momentary connection loss caused a blade in an amazon server farm to fault out. The fault status temporarily caused requests to amazon servers crossing that blade to stutter. Mturk is hosted on amazon servers. Your current requests to amazon are being routed through that server farm. The fault caused your server request for a new page load to stutter for an extra 500 milliseconds. During those 500 miliseconds someone grabbed that hit and triumphantly screamed "Get Rekt" to the rest of the mturk population.

Got 3 rejections on Smule AWS this morning for reviewing a song's genre. I asked them to clarify what songs I got incorrect so I would know to be more diligent in the future and they were actually kind enough to reverse 2 of the 3 after going back through them and seeing that those 2 were actually quite difficult calls to make! Thanks Smule AWS. I was wrong about you!
