So, this $120 job I am working on is not going to be as easy as I thought.

Transferred all the data from a PDF to Excel, but of course it can't be that easy. The columns are all screwed up and there are over 88,000 lines of data to comb through...

120 sounds tasty, but any high paying job, is usually way underpaid for the task from what I've seen

Yeah it's definitely clinical and I've been fighting with it since I was about 22. (I'm 35 now.) Through the ups and downs of life I could barely afford medical care much less a roof over my head. At one point I slept in someone's closet between double waitressing shifts... Long story... But I didn't have time or knowledge to really trust and believe in therapists until a few years ago. With all the bouncing around the country we've had to do the past few years, I haven't had a therapist for long and have been relying heavily on meds (prescribed and natural) and various things I've picked up on over the years that help like breathing techniques and forcing myself to have a more positive attitude. I honestly don't think I've been able to try cognitive behavior therapy yet... and I really don't know too much about it.
So on meds, about 25% of depressants can pull out of it. With CBT alone, the results are about the same: 25%. Combining the two doubles the recovery rate. CBT is a way of catching all those constant negative--and largely inaccurate--thoughts (I'm no good, I've never done anything of value, I have no worth, blah blah blah) we have about ourselves, called "ruminating."

YESS! My fears are gone -- yesterday, HIT Finder somehow got set to 1ms checking speed (still gives me shivers), and luckily I noticed it within seconds because at that point it had already racked up hundreds of PREs... Glad to hear AMT isn't just a ghost that bans without warning or reason.
wait AMT does ban without warning or reason tho
