if she's upset about being paid too little, then she needs to actually work her assigned days. you're losing twice the money by having to miss work AND paying her. Also...if you're worried about retribution for you docking her pay (like I think you mentioned in your first post)...do you really want that kind of person watching your infant? :/ not trying to be an ass or anything like that, but you're definitely being taken advantage of and I hate seeing that.

I dont think you are being an ass, I totally understand what you're saying. I hate confrontation so I let things slide too often. I know now Im being taken advantage of. Asking for an advance once is fine, I understand people go through shit but multiple times almost every week for 2-3 weeks is just too much.

Sadly, I genuinely seem to put kids off. I mean, it works for me (being the oldest of seven put me off of having kids forever anyway), but yeah...kids and I are like two opposing forces.

waiting til my boyfriend relocates closer to me! so about 6 months. he was going to move up after his lease is up in january, but its too soon and we dont really have enough money saved up for an apartment up here.
plus he needs to find a job up here before he moves.. so we really just need to plan stuff better.
