Its crazy! Whats the harm in them wanting candy, if they are terrorizing little ones then that's a different story but otherwise I wouldn't tell on them, they are still just kids.

i read an article about why. i guess people are scared of "tall" kids coming to their door.

one year my parents let me know ahead of time they wouldn't be able to get me a costume. I started saving empty cereal boxes and made a sandwhich board type thing out of them with twine. Made a bloody knife with cardboard and paint...I was a cereal killer. Major cringe.
