I don't have more than 10 running at a time. You want to prioritize because every panda costs you time. So if you have 29 pandas, it has to check each one before making it's way back around and starting again. Within that time period, other people who have less pandas are going to catch it. By the time yours gets around to checking it again, it's gone.

I hope that makes sense.

I cut it down to 20... but yeah, I found myself in a cycle of "but maybe it'll catch one..." every time I was going to remove a HIT, all day yesterday.

I appreciate the input, and yeah, that's pretty much how I was thinking about it, and I never went over 10 HITs, but it got far too tempting yesterday, and I didn't want to risk getting rid of HITs that seemed to be popping back up every hour, and I eventually just overwhelmed it.
But to combat that, I was also stopping quite a few HITs and running only 5-10 at a time for half an hour and alternating which ones I ran, which... actually got me 2-3, but yeah, not super efficient.

It makes sense, and I'm trying to watch myself on HIT hoarding... Thanks.

for years this has been my most-hated gif/commercial. sometimes I randomly think about it and start getting angry. Who the fuck tries to cut bread with a block of wood? What thought process had to occur to reach the conclusion that it would work? Could the commercial people not think of anything better?
