I'm still baffled by the OCMP75s. They pay nothing. What are they? Why are they?

... this is the second time in a row I've gotten this, on two different HITs (one of them a nice, reliable Julian 8). Is anyone else experiencing this?

Ah, nvm... I signed out of MTC to see if that would help, and I see it is a universal problem - poop.
