I have firewood, too. But I'm still scared to light it (I tried to replace the flue and didn't do a good job). And.......I really want to pay someone to come over and reassure me that I won't cause a chimney fire. A fireplace tutor!

But we're pretty chilly these last few days . I really wish I had more confidence in the stove (and me!)

I HAVE to burn, my furnaces can't keep up. I got up yesterday and it was 63 in the house because they can't keep up with it. I don't blame you though, I am scared of having one of those myself.
