The masters hits are hardly any better than the regular hits the overwhelming majority of the time.

there seem to be a lot more master batches from what I can see

Lately I feel like I've seen a lot more batches or more higher paying surveys than I used to see posted here.

But it could be that they are just getting posted more?

However, those $20 surveys that keep showing up do make me salty

How the hell do you message requesters now?

For me, I click the requester name located in the upper left hand corner below the AmazonMturk worker logo (either on an accepted HIT page, or a preview HIT page) and that brings up a pop-up window with an option to contact the requester at the bottom of the pop-up.
