thanks, i'm calling them now. i have this stupid barclay savings account that gives me a bonus for saving x amount but it also restricts me to depositing $1000/month and sometimes toward the end of the month i forget to check how much i have left to deposit before initiating a withdrawal. and then a withdrawal from payments will bounce back and i get charged a $5 fee from the bank

I haven't had to cancel a withdrawal, but I have had a few other issues and they were always dealt with promptly enough when I called. This is the number I've used in the past.
