If you're really self-conscious about it, get braces. They are a bit of a pain, but worth it. I got them when I was 15 and was so pleased with the results. I guess that sounds vain, but I don't mean it that way. There are certainly more important things than looks, but if something is really affecting how you feel about yourself, get it fixed (if you have the means).

im hoping i can get invisalign instead of braces "braces", but i'll have to see what the dentist says. and that's the thing - i dont have the means yet. i'm saving on the side for it, but i still need to keep the lights on right now too :, i regret not saving better in my early 20s

I'll agree that confidence is everything. I have had some issues dating because I tell women to keep some sort of wooden material or cables or something to gnaw on at their house, as my teeth are constantly growing and I need to grind them down.

Do some of them give me shit about it? Sure, but I'm not going to hide who I am because of it. I'm not going to stop pooping in little pellet form all over the place. I'm okay with myself.
