I've been having problems with UPS delivering things way late or things getting lost, and then I have to complain to Amazon and if this crap continues I'll get my account banned for costing them too much in replacement orders.

I always have the most issues with OnTrac. They lie all the time about delivering stuff and when I complain, they tell me a neighbor stole it. Then it magically appears a few days later. I hate them.
