If anyone did this ... well, can you explain their explanation of an "individual consensus?" [ Consensus: "a general agreement about something : an idea or opinion that is shared by all the people in a group."

Instead of taking public opinion in a forum it is a shared train of thought but a group of individuals without knowledge of the others.
