when I'm too lazy to go thru whole thing of frying, stuffing, rolling, etc...I just use the tortillas like lasagna nooodles and make in layers the same way...sauce, tortilla, beans/meat/cheese/veggies and then repeat until dish is full...much easier and tastes the same really

I do this, too. Enchilada casserole. Just make sure to put sauce down first to "grease" the baking pan.

There's a ton of content if you ration it out and there is tons of free dlc+planned dlc that is also free.

only downside is they brought back the most annoying stamp/trophy which is collecting crowns for smallest/largest monster size. I've probably put in 200 hours and have barely gotten the first trophy

I learned this about 10 years ago after 20 years of rolling enchiladas. It's way easier and tastes the same.
