Early morning between 8 and noon PST seems to do pretty well. I may just be basing this on the fact that I'm not here then, though

Really any time between 7 am - 3 pm est. If you only have a max of four hours to spend, I'd suggest starting around 11 am.

That's hard to say, I feel like I only do okay after lunch, but there's also a fair chance that's because I don't force myself to work till after then usually. I wanna say morning used to be better for surveys, but idk how true that sitll is.

I think you got lucky, I catch these when I can, as they pay well for me and I don't mind them. I rarely get them raw or from the forum, but rather almost always after sitting in PC
