I'm doing weights tonight too. I've been getting plenty of cardio just by living life lately. But I need to work on becoming stronger. Having a dog would force me to get my ass outside but my cats would never forgive me.

I thought that would do the same for me, but watching them lay down and sleep all day really inspires me to do the same

lol...funny. My neighbor has a couple cats she walks on leashes, but, even though they don't do the drag thing, they still look like little aliens on their leashes and she actually lost one for 4 weeks when he got off. Yeah, they say stuff like housework can actually use up a lot of calories. Okay, fun, it's weights night.

My cats are strictly indoors and the one time I tried to put a collar on my older cat, he started tearing and it and running in circles. So, yeah. He's a bit dramatic. My cousin is able to walk her three cats with no problem though.

Really does take 45 minutes, but that's due to time locked sections where you can easily work on other surveys or batches. So, actual work wise, about 15-17 minutes.
