The best sleep remedies help you get into a sleep pattern , so as @electrolyte said , one night isn't a good trial. Normally a minimum of five days would be a sensible length of time. One of the main reasons we become insomniacs is that we lose the basic patterns of sleeping. But as you don't have a natural "normal" sleep pattern, make taking it a routine. Do it the same time each night.
But as far as your own sleep goes, did you feel that it benefitted you?

I felt that it was actually worse because I was groggy. But, I've taken it the same time both nights so, Day 2... we'll see.


EDIT The grogginess will probably go away, if it's like anything else.

What you trying out? i take ambien and let me tell you, I'm out in under an hour usually. But I have woken up to captain crunch on the floor, and anything I was watching I have zero recollection. it also doesn't help keep me asleep, if someone wakes me after I already fell asleep then I find I'm as awake as ever.

Yea, every once and awhile i'll have a day where I can get a pre by just refreshing my dashboard with HF running but those are pretty rare now.

My times if anyone is curious.
I run PC @ 1200 - HC @ 1200 - HF @ 2000 - HM @ 3s

speak of the devil, I looked and had 67 pres on one panda and 60 and 28 on 2 others, but I go months at a time with 0. I have no idea what the "high amount" point is.

If you are getting 0 pre's, you are NOT running things fast enough. I aim for a few PRE's every min or so.

you (probably) don't have the tools/knowledge to cause any of the problems or damage amazon is looking for against TOS

your limit for PRE's is when they interfere with the ability to work or catch shit

The other way to look at it is, getting a few pre's lets you know you are running things as fast as you can.

I'd say this is good advice regarding rejections too.
(Except you should NOT be getting a rejection every minute or so... )
