Any chance you posted about this in the mturk subreddit? A ton of people have been going through this.

I'm sorry to make your day worse, but when this happened to me in mid December, they told me I was suspended. Then a few days later they emailed back and said it was a mistake, blah blah. I'm not sure if having your account "suspended" in this way always means you'll get your account back, though. I'm sorry you have to deal with this.
