I saw news articles about it last night. It was apparently a ton of Amazon customers, not only MTurk workers. Amazon accidentally disabled some accounts on accident, but then later fixed it.

Ah damn , I couldn't really act on it yesterday because I was so busy , but for a few hrs I was really thinking the worst lol

It is indeed (IMO) one of the best things Mturk related, to come out of 2018 so far. I visualize not only my PE, but HITs themselves, etc, in terms of commonly bought fast food items. I'm not even a big food person, and I don't eat fast foot/out in general much at all...but this is just so perfect! Thank you, now that I know who started it!

The same thing that @Roscoe E Goldchain described happened to me last week. I had to leave for a doctors appointment, and decided to turk a bit from my phone while waiting. Couldn't log into Mturk, or anything Amazon at all. Changed my password, thinking I somehow forgot it or mis-remembered it, no dice. I got a few of those 4 digit passwords via email while this was happening, but they never worked for me. I decided to load Teamviewer to access my computer at home, and I logged onto Mturk via the PC at home with no problems at all. Went back to the phone, no dice.

Fast forward to yesterday. I wanted to check my dashboard a time or two while we were at my family's place for easter. Couldn't log into Amazon from my phone still, but I used my mom's computer and logged in just fine. Didn't matter on either occasion if I was on mobile data or WiFi. There error was for "invalid email/mobile number."

Yeah, that was my thought exactly until I was able to log on via the home PC via Teamviewer.
