Yeah, I guess my question is how long that timer actually is.There's a timer, it's not that long.

I edited my post 600 secondsYeah, I guess my question is how long that timer actually is.
Something else. Are you talking about compound words, or something else?
Thanks. I need my What on Earth? and NASA's Unexplained fix.136 for me, but it may be diff for you, put in your addy and zip
In this version, that feature is disabled. I will either revoke it or I will code up this feature in the next release. I am trying to understand all possible problems before releasing several hits. I have 8000 stories but only 30 stories are online now.I tried opening a second HIT to see if I could pair with myself but I got a message saying I could only do 1 HIT at a time and I had to return the second one.
So if I accept a HIT and no one else shows up, how long do I wait before the HIT auto-submits so I get $0.10?
Can you tell if there have been a lot of bad questions or answers on these hits? I kept seeing in my first one "this is a bad answer" when I thought it was exactly the answer called for in the instructions. On the one I just finished where I provided answers (which I love way more than asking questions) I kept seeing "this is a bad question" and wondered if they were seeing "this is a bad answer" on their side when I thought I was copying exactly from the text. Not sure if the software I use supports it. In the previous setup, if you open a new hit of the same task, you will get paired with yourself. I can revoke that. This is a valid point.
that's 10m....to get 10c...so 60c an hour pay?There's a timer, 600 seconds. doesn't feel that long.
I'm sure since it's a new requester who's trying to get a handle on things the pay will change once the kinks are worked out.that's 10m....to get 10c...so 60c an hour pay?
am I calculating that right?

I think it's for us to say if we think it's a bad question/answer from the other sperson? But I might be wrong. Can you tell if there have been a lot of bad questions or answers on these hits? I kept seeing in my first one "this is a bad answer" when I thought it was exactly the answer called for in the instructions. But I worked so hard today! Sort of.Fine but no bedtime story for you.
I don't think the other person sees what you're marking for that. It's asking you if the person provided a bad response and if so, to check the box.Can you tell if there have been a lot of bad questions or answers on these hits?
