I'm trying to kick my Cliff Bar habit and eat eggs for breakfast instead. Need some ideas on the best way to prepare them - getting so bored with scrambled! Any ideas?

In addition to the suggestions you'll get in subsequent posts, I find sour cream to be a major taste improvement. My major food group is scrambled eggs.

My favorite thing to do is make omelettes .... I use whatever I have in the fridge as fillings. Good way to get rid of veggies that are not enough of to do much else with.

still scrambled, but I like mashing up some avocado on toast (season avocado with garlic salt and pepper) then put my eggs on top of it all. I also like just chunks of avocado in my eggs too.
