my ex just asked if I'm able to give twice as much child support as I already do.

..but i use mturk to have extra money to get my kid clothes and take her out and stuff
if i had that extra money, you guys would never have known me..

so if I give her the money, I'll have none left to do stuff with her, buy clothes, shoes, etc

1. Make sure you have a legal arrangement and your money goes through the system
2. if you do not do this the state can say you owe back support, even if your ex tells them you paid her

Is anyone else having trouble with the minimum requester rating filter in MTurk Suite? I have minimum requester rating set to 3.5, but I'm still seeing reds.

oh, yea, I do it through the state of PA, I don't need them to take my license.
I was doing it on my own through a website, and then all of a sudden one day, it was taken out of my check without me being aware

yeah she should understand why if you guys have a decent relationship. i would go through the court myself. i know you wa t ur kid to be comfortable, but you want to be able to do the other things too. i understand both parents want taht (sometimes)

I think we get along much better now that we're not together.
I don't ask what she does with the money she already gets (it's none of my business, and I know that kids are expensive)
she and her fiance own a house now, and the family seems to be happy all the time - having my kid in a positive environment means a lot to me
her fiance (and his sister, his dad, and step mom) like me.
sometimes I take their baby (she's actually almost 5 now) along with my kid, and the little one is also always happy and in a good mood

I don't think my ex is being difficult, I think she's being realistic, but setting a high goal so that compromise will work in her favor
