He hasn't been turking in a while, I bet if you go to Chipotle, you might find him working there.

Ahhh, one day the 10k will seem easy and you'll be like, "Dayum. My legs are awesome!"I did 10k steps for the first time in my life yesterday and I'm surprised I'm alive today
Some sweet condo vrapis dropped yesterday, so I was all over that like a hummingbird on sugar water (om nom nom). I've been basically having my Sunday today instead.I took off yesterday to run errands and play in the garden....
but closing in on @C to the J territory today...lol
I've been sedentary/overweight for most of my life so it's been a long time coming. Trying not to die by 30 like I seem to think I will  I can't imagine 201kAhhh, one day the 10k will seem easy and you'll be like, "Dayum. My legs are awesome!"
I've topped out at 201k for the week recently and 45k for the day and I'm trying to crush my own records...and also destroy my friend who I competitively step count with. I have a problem, Matt says I need a "12000 step program." He made me a pretty teal step for my desk and everything, so he's clearly making my addiction even worse.
Kudos for doing so many steps! It's hard to get there! I was super duper sedentary (and thus, super duper fat) for awhile (read: 2 years). It's a bitch to get going again so you get props from me! Keep it up! It gets way easier, you'll eventually adjust to doing that many steps and it won't be as hard anymore.

This is why I want a fit bit! Because ya, I can walk or whatever but my OCD ass needs to know exactly how many steps I take, and then correlate that information to weight loss as it happens in combination with diet and and and lol.Ahhh, one day the 10k will seem easy and you'll be like, "Dayum. A lot of phones have fairly accurate step counters too! My iphone gives me a more accurate mileage than fitbit was (especially because I use gps tracking for dog walks/hikes/etc). When I compared the step counts between a fitbit and my phone, I was getting super similar numbers, so I downsized to using my heart rate monitor and my phone (I have a dorky spandex fanny pack so I can strap it to me when I'm working out LOL). I use the fitbit app tho, cause it's fun to see how many steps/miles your friends are doing and you can do competitions with your friends (and yourself) where you try and outstep each other, which is a good time (especially when you're me, and you enjoy making step bets/gratuitous shit talking). Can't go wrong either way really! This is why I want a fit bit! Because ya, I can walk or whatever but my OCD ass needs to know exactly how many steps I take, and then correlate that information to weight loss as it happens in combination with diet and and and lol.
Went slow as balls and was still under 8 minutes.
