that's insane, just for birth control? It's not like she's getting a tubal or something. And the requirements for that are also stupid. I have a friend who had 3 kids by the time she was 23 and with the last one she wanted her tubes tied but the OB refused to do it because 'a future partner may want kids and she's too young to make that decision'. So she's old enough to have kids...but not old enough to decide she's had enough kids??

I had signed the permission slip to have my 1 remaining tube tied at that hospital and it had not been however many weeks that were required when I went in to pre term labor. As they were rolling me in for my emergency c-section I kept yelling that I had signed to have my "tube" tied. Then they also charged me full rate, but I only had 1 tube

Local driving I'm OK. Highway driving... I just avoid it. Ubers and trains downtown.
I drive. Every day. I drive a lot. I drive safely with my kids. Faster when no one is around. I'm probably somewhere in the middle. But I haven't had a ticket in 22 years. That ticket was for going 85 in a 55. TBH, I haven't changed much.
