Just out of curiosity.... If a bottle of Ginger Ale has for example 2.5 servings per bottle... and their is 23 grams of sugar per serving. The entire bottle would have 57.5 grams of sugar? Is it simple math or is there some crazy label science that I have no idea about that doesn't allow half values?

It is a marketing game to create serving sizes that are completely unrealistic but mess with your mental math to get one over on you.

It is also why tic tacs claimed to have zero sugar per serving but are 99% sugar with some flavoring. Eventually they got told by the gov't to quit their bullshit.

same with transfat..if there is less than .5 percent or some such..they can claim zero and let it collect in your guts

Trying to move to Virginia because my town sucks ass and everything is closed except chain stores. Only problem is my rent here is subsidized and I only pay $194 for a two bedroom. Trying to find a rent share somewhere for ~500 with utilities paid.

Is there a food co-op there? I know ours in town has a book that you can look through for rentals/share. It seems more reliable to me than craigslist. Also, you might want to try the front porch forum - I think you can join your local one and then post on one local to where you want to move.

Goodmorning!

Yesterday I mentioned some issues with Amazon Prime. Not realizing 2 day shipping was shipping from whenever they get it out. I emailed Amazon about it. Within and hour I got an email saying the order will be delivered by Saturday, then I got a LONG email from them apologizing and saying that's rare that something like this happens. They put a rush on my order and also gave me a free month of prime.
