I did that! but if you eat like... cheddar puffs? they just melt away into nothing. They looked like that so I thought they would behave the same way upon mastication.
I did Keto for over a year and I loved it. Got to eat a lot of the things that I love and lose weight at a good rate doing it. I did not like any pork rinds at all though. Nasty stuff. Everything else on Keto was awesome!
