They want to make money off nostalgia and without having to come up with new ideas (not saying Disney doesn't have new ideas, their animation studios have been knocking it out of the park) but they can't just re-release the animated versions into theater because most people have them on dvd already, and no one would accept that they needed to update art which was already perfect. So we get this money grab
They really like to milk everything they've got for all it's worth. Like do we really need a new Star Wars movie every single year? Substance isn't important because they know people will pay money either way due to nostalgia alone. They do the same with the Marvel stuff, too. Not saying there aren't good movies in that bunch, but much of that stuff really is just filler. They pretty much all follow a very similar formula, so it doesn't require much creativity on their part to get something out the door.

On that note, apparently following the mixed reaction to Last Jedi and Solo kind of bombing financially, they've put the spinoff movies on hold for the time being.

Is it weird that kind of want Disney to make live action everything now just to see how much it triggers you? lol

Live action Frozen, live action Mickey Mouse, live action Ducktales, all of it.
if they wanna remake crappy movies, i say go for it...

but Little Mermaid through Mulan are flawless and Disney knows this, so they figure hey, lets copy n paste and just have real people n shit.

easy $$$

fuck wat D.O.R. thinks. his animations suck anyway

Yes, this. Throw in a sex scene, and you got an Oscar winning movie.
And then he smells crime again, he's out busting heads. Then he's back to the lab for some more full penetration. Smells crime. Back to the lab, full penetration. Crime. Penetration. Crime. Full penetration. Crime. Penetration. And this goes on and on and back and forth for 90 or so minutes until the movie just sort of ends.
