How do you get rid of someone you despise, he's in my house when I don't even want to talk to him..yet if I make the move I want our daughter will leave with him..pregnant and dealing with his at the very least verbally abusive ways.

So basically it's either You can stay because then I see what goes on or I'm done and you're gone and if our kid chooses to go with him, that's on her.
That's basically where I'm at.

you've been at this point for weeks now...you either have to deal with it or kick him out. those are pretty much your only options.

I think I would do the same and would rather keep a close eye on my daughter and grandchild. When the baby comes she will more likely be disappointed by him I think. He'll get tired of not being able to just live for himself and take off. Or he'll completely and utterly change and everything will be awesome.

Then lets top that off by the fact that at 6:30 this morning I'm taking my GF to work and he's outside in our daughters car...hot boxing it.

He's literally the dumbest fucker.

You have several options here. They range from caring and compassionate to what is best for the baby and then tough love to an extreme.

If it were me I would tell my daughter that his ass has to go or else I'll be fighting her ass for custody of the baby after it is born because she's putting it in a shit environment. Daughter is either going to be like "holy shit. I love my baby. This dude is gone." or she is going to be like "fuck you. I'm never leaving him." Which tells you what kind of mother she is going to be.

Either of those would be great...the problem is I could see nothing changing and us being in this same spot for years. My step daughter is extremely dependent on having a relationship and extremely needy, it's why this ""oh she'll get rid of him" attitude is something I'm never sure will happen.

I honestly think if we hit here with the custody thing she'd leave with him, she'd know it's the wrong decision but she's like I said super needy and the idea of being alone is something she can't handle.
