I used to do 16-18 hour fasts and gave that up after 3 weeks. No way could I do 24 hours. Good luck!

Oh yes gal, I am on many vitamins, cod liver oil fermented- calcium and always magnesium- I got deficient on some- Also I have good salt available too- I usually feel fine, even energized..It's my WANT thats the hard part lol

Sorry it's so out of place in the thread I'm sure. I'm catching up a little from dropping off kids at VBS.
I just got a Schmidt's deodorant that has a little magnesium because I get migraines. It's so little I can't really overdo it.
Smells a little like men's IDK Mennen deodorant or something but oh well.
