Argh the thread is so good but I can't catch up. I have to go to the library to scan things and print things and what all to for.
Hopefully I can get it done fast so I can get back home and watch more of The Ranch at full volume.
I mean, work. Hopefully I can get back and "work."

i use an epsom salt body wash that has magnesium in it! deodorant sounds awesome too. i used to have a spray that worked well.

ooh good luck on that. i've never dealt with candida, but i've heard horror stories about the rashes. if you go longer, then just think of the autophagy! that's what keeps me on track.
